Fitness is a major part of our lives in today’s world, everyone is chasing that perfect dream body they have always wanted.  There really isn’t any excuse to not take part in any exercise on a regular basis, people often say that they simply don’t have the time – you can make very small changes that won’t affect your current lifestyle and see big results.  When I say small changes I mean things like running or jogging to the shop for the bread or milk opposed to driving.

The next major issue you may be facing is the current cost of a gym membership, there are a number of gyms to choose from in the New York region so you may find it a difficult task in finding the perfect gym. Depending on your aim, you may not even need a gym membership, if you want to get fit and keep in shape rather than to build muscle mass you would be best jogging around a few blocks of the city which will give you the advantage of getting fresh air, great exercise improving your fitness and not to mention saving money each month on gym fee’s. New York has some great locations if you plan on doing some outdoor exercise such as jogging,

Central Park has an amazing scenery and when the weather is nice you will find it much less of a chore.
