They also offer state of the art strength equipment featuring - Cybex, Icarian, King, Hammer Strength, Bodymasters, Flex. With all new Cardiovascular machines featuring - Star Trac & Life Fitness Treadmills, Stairmasters, Precore EFX Crosstrainers, Lifecycles, Concept II Rowers. Over 50,000 lbs of free weights w/dumbbells from 5lbs to 250lbs. Pro Shop - Clothes, gloves, belts etc. Shakes, Juices & Sports Drinks and Bars.
There Bronx facility is just under 13,000 square feet. The gym is packed with all the latest strength & cardio equipment for there members. The facility has both men and ladies locker rooms with lockers to use with no additional rental charges and two shower stalls. The facility also sell protein/energy drinks, powerbars, and sportswear clothing at the front of cashier counter.

Powerhouse Gym based in the Bronx on 1626 Bronxdale Ave Bronx, NY are open 24 hours a day Monday thru Saturday evening.
They open at 6am Monday mornings and remain open until 7 pm on Saturday nights. There also open Sunday from 7am to 7pm.
